Delete your BOUNCR account

You can delete your BOUNCR account yourself from inside the app. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open BOUNCR and go to Profile (the avatar icon, top-right of the main menu).
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out and the account is gone.

What is deleted

Deleting your account immediately removes from the live database:

• the link to your Apple or Google sign-in (and, where possible, we revoke that grant with Apple);
• all sessions, so no device stays signed in;
• your cloud progress: highest level, per-level stars, deaths, play time and round timing records;
• your friendships and any pending friend requests, in both directions.

Copies in database-provider backups may remain until those backups expire under the provider's retention schedule. Local app and browser saves, including any round timings, are not erased by account deletion. Clear app data or browser site data to remove those saves. You can keep playing without an account; signing in again creates a new account and can sync retained local saves.

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@bouncr.lol with the subject line “Delete my BOUNCR account”. So we can find the right account, include:

• your display name, and
• your friend code (shown on the Profile screen and in the Friends tab).

We will confirm once the account has been removed. Requests are handled within 30 days.
